After being inspired by a "Makeover Show", Raven, Eddie and Chelsea take this geek named Tyler and turn him into sheek', before having a vision that Tyler's dream girl is Raven. Raven tells him straight up that they will be only friends after the makeover. Surely after that, Raven falls in love with him. Before she can even go and talk to him, he asks "Picky" Vicky to go to double dating with Eddie and Chantel. Raven and Chelsea go to the new Moroccan Restaurant and spy on them, then leading the two to do a Moroccan dance and ruin the whole date, without Tyler knowing it's Raven. The next day, Tyler shows Raven the flipbook she thought was in her vision, but it turned out to be Vicky. After Tyler leaves, Raven realizes it wasn't meant to be. All of a sudden, Tyler goes to his locker and takes out the flipbook of Raven and realizes it wasn't meant to be either.
